The night of April 19th, 1989 would be life changing for six people; five were friends, who were out being rowdy teenagers. The other was a girl who just wanted to go for a run. They would have no actual connection other than both being in Central Park on the same night, but their lives would be intertwined for decades.
That night, Trisha Meili planned to take a run through the park; it was while she was out on this run she was brutally attacked and left for dead. Investigators into her case immediately zoomed their investigation in on a group of teenage boys who had been running around the park that night. This group would be deemed a “wolf pack” and were blamed for a variety of attacks that night.
